I wanted to say thanks for standing your ground and looking out for us.
I was very upset with the way they were trying to push us around and
I was very glad and appreciative to see you stand your ground for us.
I think the way you handle the situation was appropriate and do not
believe we have done anything wrong to warrant their actions.
